Erasmus+ Project

TIMS - Training in Innovation Management System for Sustainable SMEs (Project number : 2021-1-LV01-KA220-VET-000033281 , 2021 - 2024) - https://www.timsproject.eu/

TIMS project aims to: Support the setting up of and access to upskilling pathways for VET learners with tailored learning offers, specially designed for SMEs environments; Increase the learning demand and take-up through effective outreach, guidance and motivation strategies which support the Upskilling Pathways to ensure that VET learners have access to relevant learning throughout life; Extending and developing the competences of educators and VET personal, by improving teaching methods and tools through effective use of innovative solutions and digital technologies; Promoting innovation in European SMEs and Nigerian SMEs as the main tool to facilitate sustainability, learning throughout life, and adjusting to the changes – like the pandemic crisis - at the European level.

TIMS Project Kickoff Meeting | Graz, Austria (16th - 17th May, 2022)

The kickoff meeting is aimed at setting out the project activities and tasks and how to execute them. Representatives from each partner organization were represented.

C1 Learning Activity | TIMS Learning Lab, Lisbon, Portugal (14th - 17th November, 2022)

The Learning activity in portugal was an intensive session which involved the understudying of the Learning Outcome Approach, Competence Units of TIMS and recommendatios of micro credentials for TIMS Course.

3rd Transnational Project Meeting | Athens, Greece (4th - 5th April, 2023)

The meeting in Greece focused on the quality management, TIMS competence matrix and micro-credentilas and more importantly the TIMS self assessment platform.

TIMS Training Lab | Zaragoza, Spain (2nd Dec. - 8th Dec., 2023)

The TIMS Training Lab was an avenue to learn and understand better the ISO 56000 standard. Each partner organization presented their ISO units each day and recommendations were given. It followed with a project management meeting to plan for the next action plan towards actualizing the goals of the project.

TIMS Conference | Riga, Latvia (16th May, 2024)

The TIMS (Training in Innovation Management System for Sustainable SMEs) project final Conference took place on the 16th May 2024 in the beautiful city of Riga, Latvia hosted by Latvijas Kvalitātes biedrība. It had in attendance all project partners onsite and online and an amazing turnout of participants onsite and online from over 22 countries of the world.

 TIMS project results - especially the TIMS Innovation Self-Assessment tool was presented and mainstreaming possibilities of the project results on EU level and Nigeria was discussed and presented as Turner Wright Limited Nigeria representatives were live to share their experience with the usage of the TIMS Self Assessment Tool and the benefits to them so far.

Erasmus+ Project

DIGIPRENEUR PROJECT ( January, 2023 - December, 2024) - www.mydigipreneur.info

The DIGIPRENEUR Project is aimed at Improving the level of competences, skills and employability potential of VET learners by developing new and innovative VET education program; especially those delivering key competences, basic skills; language, and ICT. It is also targeted at reinforcing the links between the third countries not associated to the Programme VET system and its labour market so as to better align VET to (emerging) local labour market opportunities.

DIGIPRENEUR Project will give support to the development of green and digital skills for the twin transition hereby fostering cooperation across different regions of the world through joint initiatives.

Partner organizations are from Latvia, Portugal, Greece, Spain, South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria.

The kickoff meeting is aimed at setting out the project activities with dates, action plans and understanding the work packages and responsible partners for each tasks and how to execute them.

Digipreneur C1 Learning Training Activity, Lagos, Nigeria (12th - 16th June, 2023)

The Digipreneur training in Nigeria cross examined and reviewed the Gen Z materials on different modules of the Digipreneur course content such as Spotting social media entrepreneurship, Mastering the major social media platforms, Planning a social media business, starting, monetizing and managing a social media business and unleashing digital entrepreneurship with Gen-Z learners

Digipreneur C2 Learning Training Activity, Port Elizabeth, South Africa (6th - 10th November, 2023)

The Digipreneur training in South Africa was a progression of the training in Nigeria where participants were trained on the upgraded modules of Digipreneur courses which are: Spotting social media entrepreneurs, Mastering the major social media platforms, Planning a social media business, Building a social media influencer marketing  and advertising strategy, Starting and monetizing a social media platform.

Erasmus+ Project

EXCELLENCE BOOST PROJECT ( January, 2023 - December, 2024) - www.excellenceboost.com

The EXCELLENCE BOOST Project is aimed at improving the level of competences, skills and employability potential of VET learners by developing new and innovative VET education program, especially those delivering key competences, basic skills; language, and ICT. It also aims to integrate the input from teachers/trainers, VET learners and employers, from private sector in particular, into curriculum, profile design and training reform.

 

The EXCLLENCE BOOST project is also aimed at improving the knowledge, technical, managerial and pedagogical skills of VET teachers and trainers and also exposure of staff, managers, policy makers and senior teachers to approaches bringing the labor market and VET closer (dual learning, curriculum development with private sector partners hereby fostering cooperation across different regions of the world through joint initiatives.

Partner organizations are from Slovakia, Latvia, Spain, Portugal, Nigeria, Burundi, Tanzania and South Africa.

1st Learning Training Activities | Port Elizabeth, South Africa (28th - 1st September, 2023)

The Learning training activities in South Africa focused on training VET teachers on digital skills, learner-centered approach, Art of hybrid teaching and introduction to learn and lead methodology.

2nd Learning Training Activities| Lagos, Nigeria (27th - 1st December, 2023)

The Learning training activity in Nigeria was an intensive, interesting and multicultural training that involved VET managers, supervisors etc. Training on topics and methodologies such as Excellence Culture and Smart learning organisation, KNOWLO methodology and framework, KNOWLO criteria and also a school visit for assessment.


Past EU project experience


You are the Engine of change project

Erasmus+ project 2018 - 2019

Deloris Mundo was acting as dissemination partners in Nigeria. We supported the local effective dissemination of the project in high schools and among different youth groups.


The specific goals of the project were:

  • To introduce innovative methodologies in the youth work sector in 2 continents, Europe and Africa.

  • To stimulate the exchange of best practices in the field of youth work across continents.

  • To stimulate the development of a network of the Theatre of the Oppressed multipliers in various regions of Europe and Africa.

  • To develop pro-active attitudes and a sense of initiative among the partners and their members as well as among the beneficiaries of the partners (young people).

TROPIC SAFE project

Erasmus+ project 2018 - 2020

Deloris Mundo became interested in sharing and disseminating results of the Tropic Safe project because of its practical impact in Nigeria.

The TROPIC SAFE project aims to create a harmonized training program across Europe, allowing health professionals working in sanitary transport service field to perform with full guarantees of safety and health the activities of sanitary transport service.

It' s important for us to share the knowledge and support the learning!
